Cancelling a contract

So my Cell C data has basically become unusable both at home and at varsity in the last month. Especially during the day i can't check emails, go on the net, get whatsapps etc. This is with full signal!

I saw there was a seperate thread about this issue but it seems to just be getting bigger with no end in sight. So now I'm fed up and want to cancel the contract.

I would just like to know if anyone knows the costs involved? Is it even worth it? Will I have to pay the entire remaining subs or just a cancellation fee? I googled but found varying info on this.

I had 9 months left on my contract. I had to pay in the remaining value of the handset. PM the rep or call cell c

With Vodacom, you have to put it in writing and fax it off to a number and then call that they got it - once the 2 months is up, it's automatically cancelled.

Just confirm, get names, take times, reference numbers etc of who you spoke to etc.
