Hey guys,
Just a quick reminder needed on the most quick and painless way to cancel the following services :
Telkom All Access 1Gb and 2Gb accounts
Afrihost 5Gb account.
The latter may not be cancelled but I will see how things go. Also what are the notice periods required. If one month then can you cancel now for 1 Jan or would it need to be a full calendar month?
Online? Email? Telephonically? Obviously the first two would be the most painless methods if available.
