Cancelling MyWireless

With utter selflessness I donated all my bandwidth today to noone by cancelling my contract with mywireless []

On a more serious note : I am wasting my money with these people atm. I will give them 6 months and then re-evaluate the situation including new offerings that should have learned from this circus of events. I am sure they will get it working, lets see... for the time being i'll visit with my 56k broadband dial-up connection. []

Oops,sorry noone, just read on another thread that it doesn't help to donate bandwidth because sucktech is sharing not contending...whoops. []

I kinda like having a wireless connection, and if I have to hold onto MW till iburst comes, you will be hearing from a 1meg/s noone

Hell, my gran on a scooter with a memory stick is faster than Sentech's MyWireless!

same here. ordered 9Gig unshaped ADSL yesterday, hopefully they'll install by the end of the month.

aborg, that's exactly what I'm going to do. cancel it for now and see what happens 6 months to a year from now - and take it from there.

As will I, I'm getting me the HomeDSL384. So when theres something better than that (hopefully iBurst), I can just drop it and migrate.

Malec do you know what the differences are between the DSL512 and DSL384. I know its just the speeds but how about the 3GB capp?

I have heard mutterings of a 2GB cap on the 384 package. Dont know if its fact or fiction though

Definitely not 2GB, it's the same as 512 in every way except the speed.

however there seems to be a 2Gb offering as welll got spamed by one of the smaller ISP's offering me the 384/2Gb package ...

but on the 384kbs line you can use any ISP account ... as it is the DSLAM that is limited not the ISP ...
