Welcome to sharing experiences and insight with cannabis and psilocybin mushrooms whether good, bad or indifferent.

Suggested points to include in the experience, but not limited to:

1) strain
2) setting
3) number of people present
4) effect on senses
5) overall impression

Please note it is not the purpose to promote and encourage use of cannabis and shrooms as even natural drugs come with a risk, physical and/or psychological. However if anyone feels inclined to explore these drugs, researching beforehand is key. Explore safely.

Kicking off with a YouTube video by a popular channel called Drugslab, a Netherlands government sponsored drugs education channel.

 
Well one of them is decriminilised and the other is not. Also the experience you get from shrooms is vastly different from smoking weed.Maybe start another for Cannabis experiences, but we seem to have quite a few of those already.

There are quite a few already hence the one thread. Also, there might be other people out there that get visuals from consuming cannabis, resembling the experience from consuming shrooms.

Never have I ever heard about that.That must be some strong stuff.G13 haze anyone :)

Well, it happens to me. Nothing strong, it was outdoor Cotton Candy Kush. First time smoking it in a pipe. I saw golden hexagonal patterns and there was a music tune I never heard before.

Having a hard, long think before trying that again, and never G13 haze. :D

When eaten weed acts in a similar way to mushrooms... Or so I hear
 
I ate cannabis in cookies in my youth, it just made me chunder all over. My mom came in and laughed at me and called me an amateur. Then again it was jut and we paid R50 for a spar packet full, so it was most likely grown in ground with metal poisoning.
 
I'm not a smoker but use it for a months last year. I never get a high like the stories I heard before, maybe it wasn't strong enough.
 
Have had two microdose sessions bit disappointed, I've had a similar experience a while back when I used to sit in total darkness and listened to music for an hour where I just used to focus only the music to the point that everynote of every instrument is heard with crystal clarity that for me put me in a similar state in terms of the level of details I could perceive.

I'm going to go all in on my next trip.
 
Ate a brownie at home on Saturday and I swear it gives me super hearing. Heard a cat meow, sounding like it was next to me. Went to check outside and there was a cat meowing two townhouses away.

Per usual with a brownie high there was an urge to listen to Purple Rain. There's something about the background notes being elevated and foreground notes melting in the background that really adds to the euphoria. Also listened to some new trippy music but it's more interesting knowing what the chords of a song should sound like.

Memory lane was also pretty amazing. Usually can visit any memory on command together with the awareness of that timeline. This time there were snaps of awareness of multiple timelines at once.

Only thing unempleasant was internal dialogue dialed up to the max and I was struggling to keep up with thoughts flying around in tandem.

Definitely having more. These brownies are my favourite and easily kept frost free in the freezer. Takes about 30 minutes to defrost at room temperature.

I also get super super super hearing and then nobody believes me. I can really hear things from very far away.

On Saturday I saw the coolest comment burning up in the atmosphere with a nice long smokey type tail and again nobody believed me.
 

If you are brave listen to this the next time you do a heavy dose of shrooms.

Same here, improves eyesight as well. Don't need reading glasses on weed. Also sense of smell, taste and touch is heightened, which seems like ten-fold.

Language is declined though with terrible spelling and grammar.
