Cannot Connect to altcointader.co.za website

Anyone else having problems connecting to the altcointrader.co.za website via the telkom network.
Tried with various phones, dongles and browsers. I can ping the site but it just does not load since yesterday.
I suspect a telkom blockage somewhere...
