Since last week Tuesday 14 May 2024, I have been unable to connect to Forticlient using Telkom LTE
I have tried connecting via others LTE routers also with Telkom and the issue is the same
They have tried to connect with different computers to difference Routers all using telkom different numbers - unable to connect
I bought a LTE vodacom Sim card and used it in my phone as a hotspot and managed to successfully connect to Forticlient VPN
I have changed the TLS setting versions - no success
IT department has also tried various things including upgrading my OS to windows 10 ( from windows7) using the latest forticlient version - no change
Does anyone else have the same issue or possible suggestions on what to do?
I have a telkom LTE contract specifically for work and if i cannot use it I will need to stop this contract. and switch to Vodacom
P.s internet on the telkom LTE no issues -it is only when trying to connect to forticlient that it has this issue.
