On Monday your Client Zone decided that it would no longer allow us to log in without a OTP. Unfortunately the cellphone number you're sending those OTPs to is no longer accessible. In the meantime our e-mail is broken and we cannot fix it.
We've done everything you've asked, sent numerous e-mails and called multiple times, but it's been 5 days now and our request to change the OTP number has still not been actioned. I'm pulling my hear out of my head in frustration.
The ticket number is AEQ-170-74132. Please help!
