I placed an order for fibre on the 17th January and an agent got back to me saying that my area is not fibre ready. An agent got back to me confirming that the address was incorrect but it’s still not ready in the correct address, however all of my neighbours have fibre installed. I contacted Vumatel directly and Afrihost and both have said that my area will only be fibre ready in June which is wrong. After numerous calls and emails it is still not resolved. Please advise @AfriNatic @Afrigirl when it will be.
