I'm on Do 2, I can't access international sites since about 3PM. titracker show I'm connected to international and only 85MB used. How and were can I report this to get it fixed.
0800375375 - Tells me that it is after hours and I must try again later. Besides, normally if I report a fault their, without speaking to an agent, they send a tech out, but there is nothing wrong with my line.
The telkomsa.net site under report fault say to dial 10215, but that also get me to the same voice prompt menu as the 0800 number.
I've submitted the form at telkomsa.net, but nothing happened. Not even an email to state they have received the fault report. That online form look like it is still meant for dialup users.
Any idea of what numbers I can dial, where to go.
