Can't connect with prepaid.

I have tried 2 prepaid sims and no connection. Put in my contract sim and immediate connection.
What is going on? Am I being penalized for prepaid? Hell man, I have bought DATA for my prepaid and they sold it to me.

sometimes topup and prepaid data go offline, try phoning 1555 and if you can't get through directly to 1555 phone 173 and ask them to transfer you.

might be a problem in your area.
