Can't Do

1.)Go here: https://secure.telkomsa.net/
2.)Scroll to bottom of the page(the thick blue line)and click on webmaster.A e-mail "thingy" will open.
3.)Ask them nicely:p if they could cancel your username.(enter username)
4.)Send and Bob's your uncle.

I've done it plenty times and it works.(The only time I got good service from Telkom)

He said his username had already been cancelled.
 
I agree,I'm considering to change to another isp because of Telkom's new capping "policy".
