Today I learned keypad tones are a triggering event for some.

My phone is on mute 100% of the time which explains why I haven't heard them unless I'm in a call.

The Watch can’t notify you of incoming Whatsapp calls, period. Only messages. It’s been like this forever, very frustrating - I gave up hope that it would ever get implemented, at this stage.

Wonder if the new Whatsapp being on wearos fixes that. https://www.androidpolice.com/whatsapp-wear-os-smartwatches-standalone-app/ but then again to view your loyalty cards your phone needs to be connected AFAIK. Catch 22.

Not sure. Apparently, you can load loyalty cards on Samsung Pay, You won't need to be tethered to use the app on the watch. I shall experiment.
