Can't open HDD

Fantastic, its 3.5" sata for me,
Is it all inclusive? If you manage to recover or not?

Will drop you guys a mail a bit later on, as I'm definetly very interested.....

The usual practice is no recovery no fee.

SouthBit usually recommends Tecleo in JHB if you have to go the JHB route.

EDIT: Damn he beat me to it.

We're currently in the process of VAT registration, at the moment we do not charge VAT. So what you see is what you pay.

We have a 'No recovery, no charge' policy.

We offer a free overnight collection service via overnight courier. Please include your address and preferable collection times in your mail, should you be interested. :)

Please accompany your drive with a book-in form, and package securely in a small box with bubble wrap/newspaper.

So its no recovery no charge? Including shipping? Sounds cool will mail you guys a bit later.....

No recovery, no charge. Collection is free of charge.

If you would like the faulty hard drive returned after an unsuccessful hardware recovery, there is a R450 charge to cover a small portion of the parts and labour used up during the recovery attempt. Our competitors charge R900+ for this. Otherwise we dispose of your unrecoverable drive at no charge.

If successful, or you would like the drive deemed unrecoverable back, return overnight shipping is charged for.

I hope this helps. :)
