Cant receive calls from 8ta

I ported my number from 8ta to CellC last year.And i cannot receive calls from any 8ta number since then.I called both 8ta and CellC call centres with no joy.Can you please sort that out for me?

This problem is normally if the network porting from did not do a complete port.
My wife could not receive calls from cellc for 3 years until I ported to cellc we only really picked it up and took it serious.

Call 8ta porting department and ask them to investigate, also you can phone CellC porting department and see what they can do from their side.

PM Cell_C rep on this forum. It was number of similiar cases which were resolved promptly.

porting went through successfully on our side, we have contacted 8ta. Will keep you posted as soon as they come back to us.
