Cap still in hand

Dear Sebiletso Mokone-Matabane

First you drive away all your customers. Now you want to expand your business.

That does not make sense as demand is nonexistent. Any smart businessman knows that there have to be demand for any kind of product before expanding his/her business.

I suggest you simply forget the whole thing and sell Sentech off to the highest bidder - that is the best way.

Regards

Yea they got greedy, reduced their caps, upped their prices and everything fell apart as far as i can remember... - very bad booboo!...

Don't goverment throw our tax paying money at them?

This Sebiletso Mokone-Matabane is trying to flog a dead dog to life.... Please Sebiletso, Stop your whining and make the money yourself instead of begging for our tax money from Guavamint!

4 billion to just disappear - no thank you - bet half of that will be salaries, cars, kick backs and advertising - if you cannot make a go of it on the money available, then let someone show you how

That might have been true about 18 months ago, but how many of the people originally involved with Sentech's MyWireless service have since left Sentech and will never return?

Also, while Sentech had the ability to "build" a microscopic MyWireless network, Sentech did not have the ability to actually run that network properly and interact with customers in a non-Orkish way.

I was one of their first customers. When they started changing all the MyWireless Classic packages to the Flexi packages and messing around with the usage limits, I moved on.

Yep, that definitely did spell the end of Sentech's MyWireless.

I was one of their first customers, got 2 modems, installed expensive antennas, and then got their letter telling me to move on and that my business (and money) was no longer wanted.

They pissed away their customers and now they are not to blame ? With incompetence like that, they should all be in parliament.
