Does anyone know how long a transfer of property takes currently once all paperwork has been lodged at the deeds office?

I've heard horror stories of it taking 5 weeks to 3 months last year. But an attorney told me in Jan 21 a few of their transfers took 3 to 5 working days.

Anyone know how long the transfers are currently taking. Or how long it took in the last 2 months?

TIA

FWIW I had a property sale that went:
21/03/05 - Lodged
21/03/11 - At Prep
21/03/15 - Registration

Thanks.
At prep on 18/03
Registration was planned for 19th, but transferring attorney held back because the agents contractor had not finished the repairs for the CoC's yet.
