So what's the story here?
Very little. Mildly ugly doctor not seen from in a while. No other details apart from some hearsay about her fearing for her life.
It's a little frustrating that there's no other detail whatsoever...

She sent a message to her family on Sunday night at 11 that she was in danger and her phone went dead. She was found yesterday at 16h00. No info available on where she was.

No I dont think so , she just looks a little lost in that pic , like she was stressed for weeks. Having said that we dont know anything and mine is just an opinion.

She signed out from work, she just wanted a day off after a long night Eid party

My wife works with this doctor...
She had to be moved from another unit and was working under an alias because of a stalker.
Some guy had been phoning her and been leaving threatening messages, then yesterday she messaged her parents saying that she was in danger, when they tried to contact her phone was off and no one could find her.
Still not sure what happened but we got a sms from her later in the afternoon to say that she was home and not too hurt.
Not sure what that means... I hope that she was hiding and not abducted.

With all due respect she sounds like a bit of an attention seeker.
SMSing you (or your wife?) to tell you she is OK, but adding she is not too hurt, yet not giving details of what happened? Odd! If I were close enough to someone to share this with them, I would not tantalise them with half the facts.
She sents an SMS to say she is ok(ish), and no-one phones her to find out what happened?
