Ok, let's see if there are any pinkos(even non-pinkos are welcome) who are ready to participate in this thought experiment...

Question:

Before we partake in this thought experiment, please expand on the outcomes and intent for the question.

So, ok, let's go a step further and admit that we would prefer not to merely abide by all these entry contracts society thrusts in our face as we merely attempt to be part of the crowd.

It does however bring us back to my earlier point - people (sometimes in low-development stages, but not always even that) will take advantage of circumstances and mould their advantages to some generally-considered-unfair degree.

So you refuse to answer anyone elses questions and instead post your own and when questioned on the intent you get all uppity about it?

You have got to be joking. Legal arguments are generally structured along the following lines:

Facts
Issues
Reasoning
Argument
Conclusion

Walls of waffle are the exact opposite of this.

Nope. Advocates waffle endlessly in the courts ;)

When simple thought experiment is too much... just say the word 'waffle', and you're good to go.

Checks watch... hmmm, nearly libertarian-joke o'clock.... ho-hum.

You are free to spread your "thoughts" around the place. That's fine.

You would, however, make an incredibly poor attorney.

Not really.

I was once cross examined for half an hour re my witnessing a traffic accident, the issue being if I "meant" to say 15 or 50 metres. I pled with the judge to make the character move on, the judge ignored me.

The question is vitally important from a legal standpoint as a witness though, its not waffling. And if it took half an hour, then why didn't you play ball with the lawyer? Why were you so evasive in a simple question?

I'm not asking you for special treatment, under the law.

You are.

So again, for the 3rd time this morning, the burden is on YOU to justify special privilege before the law.
Nope, I am not asking for anything to change, I think our current economy is fine and that certain regulations regarding health and safety, environmental protections and fire are needed additions to our economy.

You are the one saying that it all needs to change yet you cannot provide any actual real life examples of your economy in real life and you refuse to explain how it works theoretically. If I abondon this conversating, the economic status quo that exists in most western economies and that I support will carry on as normal. Your desired state will be no closer to reality. I don't need to defend what is currently in place because you cannot give me any good reason as to why certain business regulations are a bad idea and you refuse to show me a practical example of a free market economy that works better.

Is it because you are at a permanent disadvantage i.e. 'learning-challenged'?
Can't resist resorting to insults can you Lexity.

ToxicBunny's contractual offer:

I agree to participate in the above thought experiment under the following conditions....

1) I reserve the right, under this here contract, to defer to authority when it looks like my argument is about to be exposed as the most slender of fig-leaves it will most probably turn out to be.

2) No other conditions shall form any weight in contradicting 1, above.

Second thread for a thing that's not gonna happen. Bruh...I swear.
Only threads will be about exit but the Western Cape will remain under South Africa and i know why Cape exit won't happen... It will only be discussed here but actually it won't happen or else war on the line.
