Ok, I'm guessing that since you deal in hyperbole dramatically would mean they quadruple their votes to 1%? So you now have a country led by the same people just with serious risk and unknowns to navigate for the next decade at least...Prepared is a strong word.
I have given it some thought, tho.
In the first place, our non-DA numbers would go up dramatically(*).
That's a straightforward enough scenario to imagine.
p.s. * as a percentage of the overall population.
You must be living under a rock if you are South African and haven't been subject to the DA's fearmonger of voters, saying if they vote smaller parties there is a chance the ANC will take the provincial government. You did a poll on these people to establish these facts? Show us the lack of "self-awareness"? Or is it just you wanting to.insult others, again? To come back and say it was only for a week....
The nerve.
And lack of self-awareness.
But I thought this was totally unnecessary? They can just run a referendum and be done...View attachment 1865516

.Why censor me then?
Too many digital trees being harmed?
I don't see anyone censoring Brian_G..... his chatGPT posts are far longer than mine, and are by definition bot posts.
You guys think we can't see the anti-social antics.
We can.
Ok you want me to show you the lack of self-awareness....right? Here we go.Show us the lack of "self-awareness"? Or is it just you wanting to.insult others, again?
Lol. I assume the "new" is aimed at me. How many times must I say I have no issue being open if I reported something or someone? Go patch that burst bubble of yours.I count 3 (Edit: now 4) more posts just deleted somewhere people, suggest keeping things polite and on track. Clearly someone (new?) is determined to trip things up.
Don't shoot the messenger

How does this apply to you accusing the individual of lack of self-awareness in that particular post?Ok you want me to show you the lack of self-awareness....right? Here we go.
Is there a pattern to central-planning of economies and centralized political control that has worked out tragically for human-kind?
Anything in particular about the 20th century that flags, for you?
It's a real gimme, but treat it as a serious question. So we can all take a look at the lack of self-awareness.
Here we go with the disparaging comments again. There has been fear-mongering by every party. That does give any evidentiary support to BG's bold statement. You must be living under a rock if you are South African and haven't been subject to the DA's fearmonger of voters, saying if they vote smaller parties there is a chance the ANC will take the provincial government.
(Not that the WC government has any real control over the major areas like policing, education, taxes, energy and transport/ports.)
He apparently can't hear himself in the context of 200+ million corpses in the 20th century due to murder, by governments, of their own fellow citizens. How does this apply to you accusing the individual of lack of self-awareness in that particular post?
Ah yes, the Founders sacred ranking system:There's a reason free speech is the 1st amendment, and not 14th or 15th etc.
It's the most important one. Because debating to settle differences is the one thing we started to do differently, which enabled a middle-class to emerge from a two-tier system of upper and lower classes.
If there is one thing the regulars know, although they may not like to admit it openly, it's that what they term 'waffle' and 'walls o text' is my own thoughts and reasoning..... not some bot's.
So yes, you can resort to insults when you fail to comprehend it, (I'll take it on the chin) but this ^ is not a good look for mybb's censorship reputation.

Moan if they do, moan if they don't..
Expected more from you
So, CIAG’s lawyers must be a little slow or just not up to par? You're more an expert than CIAG and their lawyers are?
Pffft!
No need for more from me then.
I 100% agree with you on that.Take Russia/Ukraine conflict.
The exact people who fund that war are exactly the type of people who should be socially ostracized and economically boycotted out of their anti-social behavior. THAT is was the verage middle-class person can do. Whether remainer or leaver, it should be a given that this comes with being a human being that has to omehow get along with others without resorting to animalistic tooth and claw behavior.
Sure, but I think there will be a lot of DA members/politicians that would see an "opportunity" to start a new party, gtoup, organisation etc etc in the new "Country" and will drop the DA like a hot potato, as many other politicians will also do...Certainly new parties will spring up in the new land. The DA has made it clear it would not want to be part of a secession.
Same, as my job / career is here, and my friends, family, life, interests, etc etc,I'm undecided how to answer this poll question;
"In the event of secession being successful, would you consider migrating to W/Cape ?"
I would "consider it", but it would be impractical to move, so keep changing my mind..
Thoughts?
interesting you mention this. You must be living under a rock if you are South African and haven't been subject to the DA's fearmonger of voters, saying if they vote smaller parties there is a chance the ANC will take the provincial government.
