Let's say you are a landlord, and let your 2 houses to work-from-homers.

This presents a conflict, since some work night-shifts, and others don't.

Tempers flare, fights erupt, police are called..... you as the landlord need to come up with a solution fast.

You decide to separate night-shifters from day-shifters. So now you have one house for day-workers and the other for house-workers.

The 'crimes' have been solved instantly.

Both houses can co-exist peaceful, with workers from each free to visit the other house as long as everyone obeys the rules of that house.



See? Not as difficult as you think.
