Capped again (RAIN LTE) while CA shows available data

I thought this had been fixed.. Its absolutely imperative that the clientzone shows the correct information on a capped product, else what's the point of having it?

It's better to post this in the Rain LTE thread and not in the ADSL thread. It's got nothing to do with ADSL (from what your headline says and if your using Rain LTE).
 
This is an afrihost issue, and in the afrihost support subsection.

Also afrihost do not respond in the rain section:cry:

This is something that our Team is working to improve, the actual usage reports aren't being delivered reliably which is affecting the usage reporting to a degree as well. :(
 
I wonder if WebAfrica, Axxess, Mweb, and any other Rain service provider have the same problem?
 
Are you able to reset my CZ info to zero, so i can start tomorrow with correct info?

And, is the update problem sorted now?
