Capped Speeds. Still fast?

my capped account is now almost as slow as my uncapped one when browsing.
 
Any one have any idea whats happening with the international bandwidth ? [V][V]

It sucks big time .....
 
i would also like to know...international just dissapeared yesterday and i mean totaly dissapeared![xx(]
 
The company I work for is on a high speed leased line. On the 28th of this month we also experienced very slow international speeds. Even local was slowish. I suppose it was the Mydoom worm?
