I was leaving town, on N1, it was raining, before I realized, the cars were standing still in front, I slammed the break, but it locked or something, the car bumped to audi, then someone bumped me as well.

More than a bump if the car in front of you is a writeoff. Pay the guy you are guilty.

Atleast the "madman" had a license and didn't drive into anyone. And if he did, his INSURANCE would have paid.

So neither of you are going to have much luck either way unless you have some other means to prove that it did.

In which case the license drama will comes into play.
