Car remote jamming warning

If criminals steal items from your car without visible signs of forced entry, like with car remote jamming, you will not get any money from your insurance company.

My hooter makes a noise when I lock it. If it doesn't make a noise, I turn around and investigate.

What brand hooter if I may ask?
Im sure I can find an MP3 somewhere of that and play it loudly next time you leave your car and press your FOB or whatever the **** it is called whilst walking away
My car's built in hoot or tooter or what-you-ma-Call-It. I press the button, the car "Toots" :) If it doesn't toot, it usually means a window is open, or a door is open or even that something is jamming it. So you get audio feedback that the locking of the bloody door was successful.
Some people choose to de-activate this feature, I choose to keep it on.

Edit : Not Hooters....hooter

Thank you for the feedback
Well noted

What do you mean? You expect them to cover your goods if you don't lock your vehicle?
Vehicle is locked as far as client is concerned. Thief has broken in as far as I am concerned. There is no difference for me for thief using remote jamming to break in compared to a thief using a crowbar...

Nothing was broken, only something stolen, due to client carelessness, thinking (more like imagining) they locked the car when they didn't really lock it. The insurance companies do not care what you think about it, neither do the criminals.

It's a super easy crime to prevent, make sure your car is really locked.

It doesn't take much to ensure your car is locked after pressing the key. Don't be lazy, double check... Triple check.

And no attractive items are visible.
Also don't stop at a shopping center and then put your laptop in the boot and go shopping do it before.

especially with these so called "car guards" buzzing around,
they are the thieves themselves, simply this is their "day" job. at night do some burglary and Raping.
to pass the time.
