Car remote jamming warning

That's not how it works, the vehicle was never locked. At best you can say the criminal blocked the locking, but then it's up to the person to make sure their vehicle is actually locked.
so what if you take a photo of your car locked with the exact time, date and coordinates,
would they be forced to pay you out then?

I mean similar to having a dashcam record your accident in full.
very difficult for an insurer to refuse to pay out.
 
I once stop my car in a mall parking lot, passenger window fully open , laptop on the passenger seat, open and on, climb out , lock, went shopping, came back, realize what I did. I was lucky. And this inside gauteng.

Not unique - the same rules apply to most house contents policies.

Yep, an underwriter tried to pull this when my parents were still living in Jhb in the late 90's, early 00's, my dad had the assessor come back to the house so I could hand him the sliding door I just removed off the rails with out forcing anything.
