Basically I signed a 500MB bundle on this contact a few months ago. Erroneously Vodacom increased this 500MB > 2GB during the month of June and when I noticed, I had it put down again to 500MB from 1 July.

Now from this incorrect 2GB data in June, I had 1.4GB left over which I thought would be added to this month so didn't mind their error :/ I see it's not carried over though - is it because I migrated my package to 500MB (where it should have been)?

I'll email ... Vodacom probably has one the worst call centers in the country and I cannot be bothered to sit and wait!

Ah. No carry over when migrating.

I lose my 1.4GB from last month :/ Unfair since I've been trying to do a SIM swap for 2 weeks and I didn't even request 2GB anyhow ... bleh.
