Carte Blanche Insert

Thank you very much Antowan!
No chance of a higher quality version later on perhaps?

Thanks a bunch again!

Now to see "On behalf of the people..." again! ROFL! :D

Just waiting 20 minutes for it to download... *whistle* Curse you dail-up!

Not to sound ungrateful, but for those of us with lots of bandwith available, can we get a high resolution version as well? Thank you.

All I see is the Transcript.
Am I missing the download link somehow?

The transcript ain't that bad. I do agree however that was a lot more fun watching Lindall Shope Mafole being hauled over the coals by Devi Govender.
Anyhoo, here is a link to the clip from the CBlanche website. It streams in Win Media Player:

I'm not experiencing problems with the link. Have you tried downloading it with a download manager like DAP or GetRight?

nahh can't get it to work with Getright, I must be stupid, it ain't working for me. Thanks anyway, will just read the transcript.

The tsunami example is pure bunk. You want multiple redundancies which a company like Telkom will not implement as that would increase the cost and reduce profits. Having more than one company will increase the chance that a network will be available after a disaster. The issue of network use being denied to the authorities in time of crisis is also bunk. In the States, there is a law which requires network providers / broadcasters to hand over their network to the authorities. This is the emergency broadcast provision and, periodically, they test the system. All TV channels, radio and telephones can be utilised as such and it is not a stretch to use the law for email.

Lindall has outright lied to the citizens of South Africa, in her official position as a representitive of the "people of South Africa" and we should be demanding proof that the ownership of the shares are held for the reasons she has stated. As citizens of this country, it is our right to know the emergency plans and how the network / broadcasters will be utilised. We also should demand proof that ownership of the network is the only way to accomplish the goals. If proof cannot be furnished, she should be fired, not transfered, FIRED!! Why do we give government a free pass to lie and cheat and steal when they want? We should nail them on their statements and their actions and expose them for what they are. Where are the journalists? What use is freedom of the press when it is either used as a government mouthpiece or avoids topics that would "upset" government. Useless!!

Peace.

hmm, okay I guess they got to it first then

ummm...thats what we are discussing...using their site :p

Well you can download it.
