That is no barrier to public office (George W?). Mbeki is not very good at public speaking and he is President (for the moment). IMHO Zuma speaks better.

Yes I have, and I am not sure which is worse. Mbeki's scripted performances, or Zuma's off-the-cuff stupidity. The BBC documentary was proof of that. What president in his right mind would respond to a critical question asked of him, with a oneliner saying "seriaaassss?". And it wasn a question either, it was an off-the-cuff response.

BTW - Zuma's off-the-cuff is hardly that, he just takes more time to learn his lines.
