Good advice & OP should definitely do that. Won't save the day though. Corporates can essentially fire anyone they like because there are so many rules that you can't possibly keep up. In HR records everyone essentially already has 3 strikes against them. They just don't pull that rabbit out of the hat unless there is a reason to.

It was instructive to learn that I'm pretty much the only recent joiner at my employer that actually read the employee book cover to cover. Thats with the contract clearly stating the book forms part of the contract...yet nobody reads it. :erm:

Whats unusual here is that they're low-quality strikes and certainly sounds constructive. Doubt you can prove it though.

Personally I'd be inclined to cut my losses tbh.
