I bought a campaign 5GB bundle that expires in 48 hours at around 6PM on the 1 Nov.
Then same day near midnight I got a 10GB anytime and 20GB nite learning bundle that expires 1 Dec from my institution. (The campaign 5GB bundle was at 4.16GB).
Cell C basically used the anytime bundle for internet. When I call their call centre, an agent stated it’s supposed to use the campaign bundles first instead of the 10GB. He escalated it, stating I will be reimbursed. Ref number 2110200632
As of now, the 10GB learning bundle is sitting at 6.8GB while the 5GB campaign data is still stuck at 4.16 and is expiring today.
I screenshotted the below picture yesterday when I noticed Cell C using the incorrect bundle for internet. I would never recommend this company.
