Cell C data bundle expired?

Last week I went and bought a 2GB per month x 12 from Cell C. I plugged my modem in to my PC this weekend, and first I get a message telling me:

"You have been allocated with 2GB of data which is valid for 30 days." - this was on June 1 at about 1 o'clock PM.

Then a few hours later I get this message:

"Your data package has expired. Take advantage of our limited voucher offer & save R700.Get 2GB/monthx12 for ONLY R1299 once off. Visit a Cell C store today."

I'm hoping that it's referring to my 5GB per month deal that expired on May 31, and not the new deal I just signed up for. I can still go online and it's using up my 2GB just fine. Just the order the messages came in sort of threw me a bit.

What package you have bought? You say it is 2GBpm x12, it comes with a new SIM card, isn't? I think you misplaced a new SIM.

Yes, it's a 2GB pm deal (for R1299) that I bought and had loaded on to my existing sim - the same one that I had a 5GB per month bundle loaded on until the end of last month.
