Cell C data bundles depleted with no usage notifications

Same here - don't think I've ever received a 'depleted' sms either!
 
Cell C are presently preoccupied with more important matters than sending customers notifications!
 
How do we get the Mybroadband team to do the same investigation at Afrihost? Their notification system is way worse and they have zero customer service which makes it even more annoying.
 
Recently had a look at my monthly bill limits for the first time and they were all set to unlimited. Just seems unethical to force someone to have a stupidly high out of bundle bill the first time and then only show them how to set the limits. Glad to have moved away.
