Cell C DataExtenda bundles extend your data validity

^ this is the way to go... give the customer what he/she wants, and not being restrictive in any way...

edit : a wee bit more expensive than the regular bundles, but still... a good thing.

Welcome. But how it works? Buying any of these bundle extends validity of the old bundle for 30 days, right?

MTN had such feature, not advertised widely. Not a special bundle required, buy any new bundle, thats all. Cell C tends to complicate things, again...

The ultimate insult to consumers: We won't expire the data that you paid for PROVIDED you give us more money so you can hang onto it for a bit longer.

What the hell just happened here?

I'm also a bit confused as to how this works? Is this new data that is valid for a longer period than usual or an extra that extends your current data for an added period. From the pricing it seems to be the former.

How long do their normal data bundles last? These new ones are only 30 days.

I'm also confused as how this is suppose to work.
Can you extent any size bundle with the R11 option?

If so why have any other option?

I you load it 3 times in concession, does that mean 3 months?

And what about v short-term recharge bonus bundles?

Nice. The only thing that's not clear is if these are separate or if they will replace the existing bundles.

This article is not so clear on how DataExtenda works. The title makes you think its an add-on feature that lets you extend your existing data validity... the article and the tabulated data makes me think that there really isn't anything special to see - that this is just data that runs for a longer time period.

I'm confuzzled... I would love to extend my GigaNite 20 TopUp data... most months, I have 5 or 6GB of midnight data remaining and that expires when the month ends :(

You have the GiganNite bundle, you load on the 30Mb bundle for R11 at the end of the month and the 5-6GB rolls over.

I wonder if the money i pay into their bank accounts expires & disappears after 30 days of no use :wtf:

Why do I have to bundle that is R15 more expensive just to have it roll over for 30 days?

This is just a crap and mindless solution, it extends only the DataExtenda bundles and not the bonus bundles from supa charge.

+1 I'm an open Cell C fan but this is just getting ridiculously complicated.Stupid product.

Cell C trying to pull a Vodacom on us.Cell C please don't start with smoke and mirrors rubbish now, just give us good value thats easy to understand.:erm:

Also whats the point of having a R5 whatsapp product when it still charges me for my whatsapp usage and when I called the call center they say they cant sort out the problem they don't know why its doing that.Really why launch a product if you cant bill it correctly?! :wtf:
