CELL C EDGE u such a virgin!

This something that i have been wanting to have explained to me

-AS WE KNOW CELL C / VIRGIN GSM:900/1800 DATA:GPRS/EDGE

Now if you have a v360 phone on one of these networks you might wonder why in all that is good doesnt the "edge" sign pop up? Well pop the same sim card into a another Edge phone and WOW edge

My question to anyone out the in ADSL land is why does Vodacom and Mtn edge work on this phone but not CELL C?

PS=coverage not the factor got enough of that

Well, I also have the v360, and edge. but don't expect any speed improvement when you get edge on cell c. Vodacom gprs beats the hell out of cell c edge.

VoadCom GPRS.......but the question remains why only v360? Is Cell C using a new type of edge(lmao) cant b the gsm band coz v360 has 1800......so does my nokia and that gets virgin/cell c edge.....
