Hi, I'm hoping someone could help me with this because cell c are ****.
Basically I have two cell c SIM cards. One is contract and one is prepaid. Whenever loadshedding happens I lose complete service on both my Sims but my contract sim roams on Vodacom network while the prepaid one doesn't have any networks to roam on. The one that has Vodacom selected is the contract sim and the other is the prepaid. Even the options I am getting are not the same so I do not know what is happening.
I need my prepaid SIM to work during loadshedding because my uni gives data to use and I cannot afford to buy data to watch lectures. Any help is appreciated
