Cell C error 734

Hi guys its probably in a sticky somewhere but I need this answer fairly urgently

Work colleague bought a usb dongle (cellc) works fine on her desktop - but laptop - error 734.
Any idea's?

Secure password or LCP extension enabled (if not network problem). Read Windows help (search for "error 734") and follow tips.
