I have now spoken to 5 Consultants at Cell C call centre and I still cannot get any assistance. I had the “Sim not provisioned:2” message on my phone and they informed me that a sim swopped was done on my phone… (this is not the first time that it happened). This person who done the sim swopped called the centre and they done the sim change for him over the line, but I as the customer cannot change it back so my phone is connected.
I have my own business and cannot run my business like this. I look like an idiot when clients try and get hold of me, but they speak to this criminal.
CURRENTLY CELL C HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN SOUTH AFRICA.
I NEED SOME HELP!!! I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT OR SUPERVISOR ANYMORE. I NEED SOMEONE HIGHER UP TO ASSIST IN THIS…

Good luck. Perhaps visit a branch and make a scene.

Their service is absolutely PATHETIC these days. Had two major issues with them in recent months.

From which network to which network? You talk a lot and yet say little. My entire company! swapped from MTN to CellC last November without any issues reported. We are saving 1000's every month when chatting among ourselves or with other CellC customers. And finally, shouting does not help (as you probably know by now :D )

Reading comprehension fail?

His SIM was swopped, he didn't change networks. Like you do when you loose a phone or your SIM card is damaged.

What you need to do is say it was a illegal sim swap and they need to reverse the port. Vodacom did it for me some time back when someone stole my number
