Cell-C / IS "fixed" LTE

Evening all.

Can definitely confirm both 3G and 4G is down for our clients on the Cell C / IS network.

Getting reports from many clients and our test routers are also dead.

No notices received on reasons other than the maintenance post that francoisvdw mentioned above.

Went down at around 20:30, woke up this morning and still was down, the lights were interchanging from red then to dark blue (3G), continuously and still is.

I set mine to 4G only (since the sim wont connect on 3G anyway) so the light just stays red all the time. Was also still down when I left home this morning.
 
I signed up via Axxess. Got the B618 router and the SIM card. Installed it late last night. SIM card has been in the router for about 9 hours now. When I login to router I get a 4 out of 5 bar 4G connection but it still says disconnected so I am unable to connect to the internet.

Assuming this means that the sim has not yet been activated maybe?

Mine is doing the same thing... I kept thinking maybe I had done something wrong, but now just hoping it will be working by the time I get home and need ti to work by this weekend when I have work to do.

Still following up with my same ticket with Axxess, provided IMEI, address, router make and model... they should have this information... But anyway.

I added another PDF with screenshots of modem not registering 4G, but 3G and then deregister screenshots from Cell C's network with Axxess' own Cell C LTE SIM. Added screenshots of alternative contract Cell C SIM that registers successfully on Cell C 4G+ network.

I wonder what they will be asking next.
 
axxess useless and buying time , liek other day they send a xlsx to fill in, libreoffice cant read it even lol
 
Good grief, it took long enough didn't it? Last night my daughter declared their service "rubbish" I'm beginning to think she was right.

Poor guys have been taking abuse for 13 days straight with management always 4 days behind
