Cell C launches new data prices

Cell C has launched new data pricing for its prepaid and social media bundles.

The mobile operator also reintroduced its R17 WhatsApp data bundle, offering customers 1GB of WhatsApp data for R17.

Yes R10/GB on Cell C. Where does Telkom better that besides for super large monthly bundles which I can get from Cell C as well? Telkom hasn't been competitive since they canned their Smartdata bundles yonks ago which was never as good as Cell C's in any case.
