Cell C Pinnacle 2 Buyout

Hi,

Ok so I have been trying to get answers on this buyout thing whne moving from my Vodacom contract to a Pinnacle 2 contract with Cell C. My current buyout amount is R4252.28. I then phoned Cell C to confirm how it will now work. The one guy tells me I will get a voucher for R10 000, the other tells me the voucher could be for the buyout amount only, or maybe R5000 or R6000? How does this work and what will the voucher amount be. This will make a huge difference for me and will definitely help me make up my mind.

As far as I know you have to go do it in a store. The store will advise you.

If you take a Pinnacle 2 contract I think the buyout is R10 000 that means you have R10 000 minus what youw owe Vodacom and you need to hand in your old devices. The remaining amount is yours to do as you please.

Hi

The amount that you get depends on the package you qualify for. You still need to be credit vetted to see what package you qualify for and that determines the Contract Buy-out amount you get.
