Hi,

Are you still around? If so, there are about 4 threads that go on about data access that just doesn't work.

What is the official word on this? You guys must know that there is a problem??? Will it be fixed or is it something that you just cannot do?

Late March I requested to receive my statements via email and not through the post. Up to this day it still arrives via post. You guys cannot even do something so simply. Come August I'm destroying that cell c sim. So long crap service, coverage and empty promises and lies.

The same people appear repeatively in these threads. I wonder why they still use Cell C and not going elsewere? Quite distracting and not benefit anyone if posted the same over and over again. Make it sticky mod, nobody reads sicky. These including: "No Data connection, but...", "List of areas with..."

Maybe because they are locked into contracts and cant afford the cancellation fee
;)

Maybe you need to read better, people with issues have Cell C and other network contracts as backup.

It's only poor people that use words like "afford" in anycase.

Maybe you should stop being a D!ck....not everyone can afford 10 different contracts.
Its not entirely about affordability but rather getting what you paid for

Your argument makes no sense (contract backups)
I use cell c for my cellphone contract
I have Uncapped ADSL and Telkom Mobile as a "back up" for that

The issue is when out on the road or at places with no WIFI you are not able to use the Cell C data

So maybe yes I can afford it but, lots of other people can't afford to have "back ups"

Apologies. With the smiley in your original post and the way it was written it was taken as a snide remark on why people are stuck with Cell C, like they have no option but to use them.
