You can, but they're bogus. Doesn't show the correct data for me, anyway. Unless they only started counting usage since this weekend.

All I can see is the data remaining but the usage stats are zero.
Think it might be up and running next month though...since everyone is on a 5gb cap for this month.

All,

Stats should be fine today, yesterday due to a Counter Reset issue we had not been charging for data, so usage was at zero until late in the night.
Sorry for the confusion.

Regards
Ron

Unable to view invoice from CellC

I am currently unable to view a billing invoice generated from the self help portion of the CellC website. Upon generation of the invoice, Adobe Reader version 10 displays the following error message: There was an error processing a page. A file I/O error has occurred.

I reported this problem to CellC, but their response was to e-mail me the invoice (which I could then read). This does not solve my problem, because I do not want to e-mail someone each time I want an invoice. I am sure it is a problem for CellC, because it ties up their help centre with unnecessary requests.

Is this problem going to be solved soon? Is this a common problem, or can some users successfully view invoices? Any workaround or solutions perhaps?

Loggging in to CellC not secure site

I've noted that logging in the self help portion of the CellC website does not direct one to a secure (https) site. Logging into Vodacom, banks and the like does.

Was this done on purpose and if so, what security risks does this add relative to a secure site?

CellC and Internet Account Checking

Hello there. Where can I go on Internet to see how many MB are left on my monthly CellC account?

Data cap

So I have the 2gb cell c stick
How do i check my remaining data? the statistics graph is inaccurate since I used it on multiple pcs

Im using the cell c software
I got a message saying i have less than 250mb but that doesnt realy help :3

In the CellC dashboard, click on the 'Services' tab, and then choose 'Current Balance'.

Actually you don't even need the CellC's software. You can register on their site and check all the info you want regarding your acc. And BTW, the figure you see there is pretty accurate too. Almost to the MB coincides with the data counter on my cell. This was NEVER the case with Vodacom. (never bothered with the other o networks)

Is this site available to Red Bull Mobile subscribers? My wife has tried to register a few times but it keeps responding that her account does not exist.
She had no problems registering with MyTools and is able to log in there.

Nashua- Cell C

I have the same problem with a Nashua Mobile Cell C account. For a short while I could log in on the new site. However, the data was a mess. For example, the contact information shown was for somebody else.

The old site used to work with the Nashua number, but the new site also now says that the account does not exist.

Same here: Worked on 31 March 2011, 1 April 2011 now says your account does not exist! What gives? (Autopage CellC 5Gb subscriber)....

I called 140 this morning and asked them about this, I was told the website is very busy during "bill run" and that we should try registering again on Thursday or Friday. I explained that we had tried to register several times since the first week of April, but they insisted we call again if we are unable to register on Thursday.
