Cell C sim swop

Hey there.
Im having a problem.My cellc sim card had been damaged and i was told to get a sim swop..thing is i dont know the answers to the securith questions though I do have the son with me.
Is there anything I can do??

Have you tried going to a CellC shop with your ID to do a sim Swop?

They ask for security questions which i don't know the answers to.As I only used that number for whatsapp and a different number for calls.

Hi Magotso

The security check is a mandatory part of the sim swap, which you would have to pass in order for the sim swap to be completed.
