I'm not sure exactly what happened, I used to get 5Mbps, which was quite cool, now i'm getting this:

This sucks!!!!!

I use a Blackberry 9320 with a Blackberry Playbook on Cell C. The 3G signal in our area sucks!!!!! I had Cell C's technicians out at my house, and they told me that I have a problem, and there is nothing they can do about it. The tech told me that Cell C are in discussion with Vodacom that Cell C can piggyback on Vodacom's 3G service. Does anybody have info about this? The strangest about my problem is that I have excellent 3G recieption about 500 metres from my house

I actually managed to get a speed test to complete....

the upload showed up as 0Kb/ps
the down 268Kbps (thats right bits per second)

All local server fastest ping selection (usually 400)
using wifi tether with full bars
Thia has been the best speed I get for the past month
Why am I using cell C again :wtf:

I think I'm lucky..... I generally have good speeds with cellc... Only late afternoons I think the tower gets a bit congested but mostly decent speeds actually in Richards Bay, Empangeni area....
