Cell C stealing money?

Prepaid problem

On the 26th of November I loaded R100 onto my prepaid to buy Data. This gave me the normal 200 mb for free and I bought about 200mb.

On the 28th I found that I would not have ADSL for December so opted to go for 2G on Cell C I loaded the extra R200 that gave me another 400mb free and then used #147* to buy the 2gig data. Now that the data from the 26th is used up I got a message that I am out of data and my 2Gig is no where to be found.

Even worse is trying to get hold of someone via the 140 care line as that just take you in circles.
 
Cell C and MTN have the worst customer care call centres according to my experience.

Well update, it seems that its the balance report that is wrong and not the money that is gone.

Can browse the internet without airtime balance dropping but the data balance is showing R0.00 available:

Is this response to *101#, or detailed balance: *147# -> 2 -> 4 ?
