Cell C takes flak over BIS

The fallout of Cell C's implementation of a fair use policy on its BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) has expanded as customers bemoan the service of the mobile operator.

Cell C implemented a fair use policy of limiting BIS to 2GB and charging for additional use.

2GB of data is quite reasonable for FUP. I think Cell C can make it better by maybe throttling to half the speed or something after the 2GB limit is hit?

All the heavy downloaders that have abused BIS over the years that are no doubt 'ing.
