this is embarassing to say the least, C'mmon Cell_c do we really have to engage in public forums to get decent response from Cellc. As a regular cellc client, iam disappointed...

Yeah but whats the point of customer service then? Is customer service too inept to sort out basic queries like this?

And I mean all customer service - I'm not singling Cell C out here. It seems like every other day, someone posts about how they cant get VodaCom, Cell C, iBurst, MTN, 8ta, Telkom or some other entity to do their jobs. Why should it require a forum post to sort it out?

At customer service it happens (when you are smart enough) they forward your case to the advanced centre. When you post here, you are already qualified to receive advanced service. Just a thought....

from my experience, indeed yes, you can take out the word service and replace it with anything else, but most call centres and customer services are useless, with cell c and neotel running close to the bottom.
still would like to know where I find a 240gb sim for R4000
