Three weeks ago I contacted Cell_C regarding availability of the 240GB prepaid SIMs as I could not find any in Stellenbosch or surroundings. He then organised to ship me one from their Parktown showroom. Three(!) weeks ago the R4000 payment cleared and I was supposed to get my SIM. Since then I am R4000 poorer and have zero internet connection at home because my previous prepaid offering has expired. I have been trying to contact Cell_C via email and this forum for days no with response. Why am I posting it here? Hopefully making this public will make things go faster. Honestly, three weeks?

Strange I have had exactly the same thing happen here! Deposited into a Cell C account but absolutely no response. Please PM me.

Hectic! I also PM'ed him about a week ago, to ask were to get the SIM only old stock. He said I should contact the HQ? Head Quarters? I tried that, and they just redirect me to the call centre.

Also had no response to my last PM to him...

Apparently my SIM was couriered over a week ago but I could not get a tracking number for it out of him...

If they can't get SIM number either, they must to pay for it. If you had SIM number, Cell-C could do simply SIM swap.

even if they can do a sim swap the OP must make sure he has all data...

Considering all has to be RICAd CC should have that info. I think someone else has that sim.

Well I did not sign for any courier so nothing was delivered for me. I either want my SIM or my money back.

does anyone know how to get hold of someone senior at cell c, the call centre option is just not going anywhere....

Ja, email is just not working. A number for the manager at the parktown showroom would be nice.

this is embarassing to say the least, C'mmon Cell_c do we really have to engage in public forums to get decent response from Cellc. As a regular cellc client, iam disappointed...
