Has anybody made use of this yet?

I am curious of the offered price ranges. Tried the live chat help, but (as expected) it wasn't really helpful. Lots of quoting from the website and EVERYTHING in caps. You have to go into the store for this... I wonder, if everybody went into the store, why is there a live support option on the website then?

So, if anybody has test driven this, do they pay what the devices are worth or would I waste my time?

The *REASON* why they ask you to go in store is so they can inspect the device beforehand. They pay whatever they say they will pay or reject the device for not being up to standard. Not like you can do it through a live chat.

I did the trade-up. So far I regret it because every month is a battle to get debited the correct amount (which should be R100 less than the contract I took). Luckily their support is much better than MTN/Vodascum, but it's annoying having to deal with this on a monthly basis and then it not being corrected the next month.

I would have been happy with: "we will pay R7.50 for an unused 3310", that way I could compare it to what other 3310's are advertised for and see if I deem it market related.
