Hi developers,


I’m looking to integrate direct mobile payments into my Laravel-based property website like real estate site — without relying on third-party hosted checkout pages.
The target is to accept payments from popular mobile money services in Africa, including:
  • M-Pesa
  • Tigo Pesa
  • Airtel Money
I’d like advice on:
  1. Which API is best for direct integration with these mobile money networks.
  2. Which software or SDK works well with Laravel for this purpose.
  3. Example code or package that can process payments and handle real-time callbacks/webhooks.
  4. Recommended approach for testing (sandbox accounts) before going live.
  5. Security considerations when directly handling API requests and responses.
Has anyone successfully implemented this in Laravel? Your recommendations and code samples would be very helpful.

All the mobile money platforms have documentation for their APIs. You just need to ask them for it.
There might be registration involved with them, as money is involved.
